Merry Christmas to all you old farts on here. I've been very busy lately with some home repairs so I haven't been online much. Since tomorrow if my wife's birthday and Sunday we have a busy day I doubt if I will get back online till sometime next week. Here's hoping that those of you suffering with lousy work conditions your plight gets better, for those of you with ailments there is improvement and greater quality of life in the coming year, for those with children or other family who are suffering there is relief, and for those of you who have had a loss that you are able to find some comfort. The rest of us can be thankful for our blessings. God bless you all and Merry Christmas, or Happy Hanukah (since we'll be lighting the candles tomorrow night).

Hmm 4 meat meat balls done, cheese cake in the oven about done, chocolate chip cookies and brownies going in next it is a fattening time of year but don't give a care !!

Not at all, but youngest and his fiancee are getting married there in May 2017. We'll be down there for 10 days with the whole gang. If I survive, I'll pass along any worthwhile tips from my grumpy old guy perspective.

You're much braver than I ... I avoid going into Anchorage like the plague.

Well I will set a few aside :} I have not made them 4 meat style before but the GF and the Dog both agree they are awesome :} Beef, Pork, Veal and pancetta mixed in the Romano and Parmesan and all the other normal stuff and they are tasty with out sauce :}
