you pretty good with a camera?

 

I'm thinking about three hours of electroshock therapy should cure that accent. Let us know how that turns out and say hello to him for us... before you start the therapy, please.

 

I would have to say unequivocally no LOL. I do like taking wildlife pictures of any type and lately getting more into some of the other aspects of photography. For the most part have to say I better stick with my daytime job though. I do enjoy the learning experience over the last couple of years. Girlfriend told me the other day that she thought it was cute how I now sometimes think with the "artistic" part of my brain. I told her thanks but I consider it an insult as the bit is either turned on or off. Don't think she got it....

 

We had some flurries pass through today. It'll be interesting to see what this mess coming in Friday is going to do. They're talking like we will start out as ice.

 

Latest models are saying 18-30 inches for us Friday evening through Sunday morning. Lovely.

 

Hunker down CAM, the weather guessers have us between 4-12 inches of snow. I'm hoping it's closer to the 4 inch mark but either way I'm ready.My first winter with the Tacoma and I'm curious as to how she'll handle snow.

 

Just 4-12 and you're not all that far from me ?! I hope we "only" get the low end of the prediction here !

Chuck Bell was just talking on WTOP saying we could expect 28-40 this weekend.....WTF!!

 

Already snowing here, 1 to 3 inches tonight and then the Murtha load tomorrow. Just the mention of the word snow throws people into near mania here.

 

Tonight is just Ilias coming through. Nothing compared to what his big brother Jonas will bring to the Mid Atlantic Friday night through Sunday morning.

 

Lol... Yeah I'm in Leesburg and people are freaking out, I stopped by the store to get mixers for the drink fest thats going to ensue and people were like thats what you buy for a snow storm I said hell yeah I'm drinking this shit away!!

 

Well it looks like the bulk is to the south west of DC and west of I95 so we in lower St.Marys may have dodged this bullet. We'll see, good luck my friend.

 

What else can you do right! As long as you don't lose power, or have a generator, it's all good. A few years ago we lost power for about 4 days. All of my neighbors got together and grilled every steak, hamburger and hotdog we had left in our freezers. It was awesome...one big frozen block party.

 

Snow!!! Did someone mention snow? Time to go camping young men. 62, still get out, even in the winter, here in Kalifornia. Lassen Volcanic NP a few weeks ago. About 7F at around 6:30PM. Nose hairs started to feel like they wanted to freeze. If you live in cold climates, you know what I mean.

I really like the strapping down sand bags, too many people don't realize just how much of a missile hazard they are when you come to a sudden stop. Until it is too late. Whatever floats your boat for a turdy pack LOL. Just don't forget to get some Mountain Money! (TP)

Damn looks like this is going to be a slammer for many on the East Coast. Y'all be careful, and safe. Ice sucks don't care if you have 4wd and are locked front and back. It is no fun as a base for snow or on its own.

 

Hope all the east coasters are safe through the storm. When you get a chance, send some of that snow back up here where it belongs.
