    Steady day at work. Sad reason to be called in to work an off day, as two of my co-workers lost a parent within a day of each other. The one guy his father, the other guy his mother. Both had been in poor health for years.

    Good evening gang!

    My appetite came back, I'm still not feeling great but improved enough to destroy a pork chop! I'm 100% sold on these cast iron griddles for a gas grill. Mine has a flat side and a ribbed side, the ribbed side has completely changed the way I'm cooking any type of meet on the grill. The flat side has been great for cooking bacon. I reheated a few biscuits left over from breakfast on the grill, it wasn't half bad.
