Dual battery.
    Nothing like putting the ribs in the oven for 3 hours, then finding out the oven temp isn't working. Fortunately it was on the low side, probably about 175°

    Oven is only 50 years old. Damn modern crap.

    A little chewy but oh well.




    Kidding, the are back in at a higher temp...I hope
