    I called them yesterday about the rails and mounting clamps on my retrax XR cover. The grooves on the clamps and rail mounting points both had stripped flat due to offroad vibrations, Yes I did tell them that too as well as That I have my bed rack with RTT mounted in the track system. I asked if I could get replacements and what the cost would be. They asked for my address and said they will ship out this week I should have them by next Friday...
    No cost to me. now that is standing behind your products.

    my thought too. and how in the hell did the cab of the truck just fall off like that?!?! crazy.
    that pass goes over the continental divide. veery steep. and the curve it happened on has a max speed of i think 50 due to risk of rollover for high profile vehicles. i go around it at about 35-40 in the camper and chebby is still listing to the side pretty bad
