We hesitated getting it because we couldn’t see it down anywhere at first then we found a place here in town. It looks so good in person!

When I was landscaping I used to bid jobs based on the tools that I would need to do the work. It helped convince my wife that we couldn’t afford not to buy them. They literally and figuratively paid for themselves.

It’s cordless as well which I believe will up the convenience to the point I will use it a lot. Cross cuts on sheet goods should now be a breeze!!

 

Mikala is so happy to see progress being made on remodel projects. I’m pretty much getting a go for it on any practical tool right now.

Very interesting. I had never heard of this style of fishing. At least not as far as using a pole.

When I was in grade school, my dad and i would go down to Baja California to the town of San Filipe (Sea of Cortez) and go fishing in the summers (I grew up in Los Angeles). We would hire a local guide, several of them would hang out on the beach waiting for Gringo tourists to hire them and their boat for a day, they had 15 - 20' outboard putt-putt boats. I remember one trip,, the guide had a soda/beer can with fishing line wrapped around it, he used it as a pole/reel combo. He would just drop the line, let it sink into the water, then just start winding the can/line back up. He would catch fish, eels, small sharks.... I was suitably impressed.
