Good morning everybody! We have a possible cloud in the forecast for this afternoon haven’t seen that lately. It’s a little hard to believe the fireworks didn’t burn SC down over the holiday.

Papa was just here a few days ago and cleaned out of a quarter of my Huckleberry jam stash in one sitting...The things I put up with for my dad.

You should pick some to bring with you to Florida for the Blue Angles/Thunderbird show in November!

Good afternoon gang! I hope that everyone enjoyed the holiday. I didn't get to see any fireworks, by choice. I was planning on taking a 'fireworks ' train on a local shoreline railroad that would have stopping off to view a small towns fireworks display last night. It was still 90° and high humidity at 8pm, the train left at 830. It didn't seem like fun to me to bake anymore in the heat and humidity so I passed. We went outside for a few Minto see some of them then scrambled back inside. Rugby didn't like the noise, but he just climbed to the top of his cat tree and growled at the window.

It's high 90's right now and high humidity., need to get outside and put in some time on the firewood truck.

 

Rascal and Gunny were nice enough to leave me some room on the couch to sit down !!!

 

I just love it when it’s 18 and under fishing.
