    PS for us is Panamint Springs Campground in Death Valley. Great place to establish a "Base camp" with nearby amenities (gas, food, RV hook-ups and a BAR) and head out to all points in DV.

    Love the Dweller 13. Upgraded the shocks to Monroe 3500 and Hitch (DO35 now). Swapped out Tacoma suspension for Ironman FCP 2.5 heavy springs up front and Deaver StageII in rear with Elka 2.5 shocks. Added Hayden 679 Tranny cooler and electric brakes. We only tow with front tank full to prevent any sway and have Equalizer weight distribution hitch. LOVE IT!!!!!

    Just got back home from the VA from my Urologist Doctor visit . I've got a 2mm stone in my left kidney almost blocking the tube to my bladder .On my Right kidney I've got a 1.5mm stone almost blocking the tube to my bladder . Both kidneys are major concern for my Doctor and could possibly have both fail

    I had to have blood drawn and a urine sample and if they see anything abnormal I could be called and head to the Hospital tonight . They're talking about placing stents and two procedures done to clean out the kidneys

    To all of my fellow 50’s friends;
    Today, I received a surprise package in the mail and am touched by the kindness of the group. I received 2 fabulous tee shirts (modeling photos forthcoming) along with guitar picks and a sticker. I am proud to be part of a fine group that I call friends. Thank you for being here to help me through this bump in life. I genuinely appreciate it. You are all too kind.
    Paul

    Ugh…sorry to hear this Chuck. I’ve dealt with stones over the years. Caused by a combination of meds that I was on at the time. I will be praying for you and wisdom for the docs.

    I believe the stones I've got are from my Parkinson's meds and possibly from my Parkinson's disease

    Hoping for the best. My guess is that's not a pleasant procedure.

    Okay now I’m jealous haha. I had heard that new shocks were recommended on these to solve a sway problem. We ended up with an InTech Flyer Explore. It’s half the weight of the dweller and tows great behind our Tacoma…but it’s certainly not as nicely equipped as yours. We are loving it though and have made some modifications that make it more comfortable. I’ve also done some suspension work on the rear of my truck. Eventually will upgrade the front as well.

    Hey any thoughts or opinions. I’ve been a Castrol fan all my life but have been reading a lot about Mobile 1. Costco sells it cheaper than the Castrol. Anyone using Mobile 1?

    Assuming laparoscopic surgery, that wouldn't be bad. A former co-worker had similar done by catheter and said they'd rather die than have that done again!

    I used to take my old Rock crawler jeep up the seven waterfalls in Surprise canyon to Panamint city back in the early 90's . Those waterfalls were really hard to climb even with using a winch
