Right? How much time would that save not having to stop at the dump every weekend?!?!

I've been working on collecting parts to do a platform on top of a platform for the GX460. And pulling out the 3rd row seats to gain 5" clearance. Been tied up with a bunch of medical stuff lately so running way behind for hunting season. I need enough space to put the dog crates between the upper platform and attic rack. I live in a zero gravity chair at the cabin for 3 weeks out of the year in October. Carrying it was easy in the Taco, with the GX not so much. So skipping the drawers why a platform on a platform to carry the chair and will use ammo boxes for storage when not carrying the chair the rest of the year.

Using 5x5 Baltic birch and 80/20 Aluminum T-slot profiles for the frame. The GX and T4R are similar but different, the GX is a Land Cruiser Prado 150 so dimensions are different. But a lot of platforms are based roughly on both, although obviously a lot more T4R examples out there than GX. Here is one that I am roughly basing mine on but no drawers. Besides Jake is entertaining to watch :)

We were able to free up the isolation room in the top of the cat house this past weekend. That made room for the mom and kittens officially returning my shop to me. I am so excited to be able to get back to woodworking again but there’s going to be lots of cleanup. The theme for my first project is removable pieces for trout bumming 4Runner I’m already collecting the pieces. I’ve picked up two 12v fridge/freezers now the slides. I’m hoping to put some long distance fishing within reach with my own vehicle to do some exploring. I could fly in rent a car hire a guide but I’m not wired that way. I like the t slot aluminum he uses if you want to add to or reconfigure. Im most likely going to make mine out of plywood and just do one side with a drawer I’m still dreaming it up at this point though.

I was bidding on a solar generator the other day but someone wanted it more than me. I was thinking instead of a second battery recharge the generator off the inverter already in the 4Runner. Keep the fridge plugged into the generator and and not worry about cranking every morning.

Yes I won’t have to do anything to the vehicle and you can unplug everything and take it out.
