:hattip:Good morning everyone, it’s not going to rain today, the radar is clear, my weather guy confirms this phenomenon. A little yard cleanup after our almost tornadoes yesterday, see what kind of erosion happened. Wound up with a little over 2”, yard lately smells like a rain forest, whatever that smells like. Be safe :oldglory:

It’s a little soggy here Miss Sue. But if what I’m seeing plays out I believe we may skip the worst of this thing we are expecting 6” give or take. It looks like you’re closer to the heavy rains what’s your local guessers saying?

IMG_0266.jpg I have another moron report , really need another name for me. I get that some knives are sharper than others. I like the term Fuc$&@% Idiot Report, or FIR for short. Been walking the neighborhood the last couple of days, like the trail better, less people to deal with. I don’t know if I’m doing it right, I don’t stretch out, don’t wear spandex, and wear my hiking shoes. We received 2”+ yesterday and the inland lake that our neighborhood butts up against is at a record high. One of the homes on the lake was watering their lawn and flowers this morning. Like I said some knives are sharper than others, buy I’m pretty sure gasoline is not used to extinguish a fire. The neighbors just down the road from them have about 6” until the seawall is breached, the homes sit well below that seawall.:thumbsup:o_Oo_Oo_O

Good morning everybody! It’s no raining right now but it’s overcast and breezy it’s actually pretty nice at the moment. I can probably get the cats fed without getting soaked this morning  it rained all day yesterday but the good thing was it came slow and steady. Hopefully that will continue we will see.

Good morning. Light rain for the next hour or so. Then I have to take the dogs for a walk. They both are missing their mommies. Maybe they’ll return tonight. A 1yr old giant poodle is just too energetic for me.

Just so you guys know me a little better. I try and leave things better than I find them. I walk the walk. Most of the houses on the lake are summer homes. Last summer I was working in the garage, when some people walked by, I waved. Their dog takes a huge dump in the street in front of my neighbors house. They keep walking, and forgot their dog shit. Me being the honest upstanding citizen that I am, pick up their lost pile crap in a poop bag. Walk down and catch up to them and politely give them their dog shit back. I say “I think you forgot this “, they don’t want to take it even after I gift wrapped it for them. By this time I’ve lost my sense of humor, I told them to take it or I will follow you home and leave it the public right of way in front of your house, meaning your front yard, un gift wrapped. These are the summer home people watering the lawn this morning. I waved to them this morning, they were loading up the BMW to head home.
