I googled Death taxes and leaky waders it’s not on audible. But I went ahead and bought trout bum if I like it I might have to get the actual book on some of the others. I really enjoy listening to a book while I’m in my own little world remodeling and working around the place. I’m listening to executive orders now Tom Clancy and William Johnstone are my happy ending books.

I read the books, I’m fashioned. Nick Lyons is another good Flyfishing author. I’m a huge Jim Harrison fan, if you like the outdoors and hunting, fishing and mystery, wow. Harrison writes a lot about “ fictional history “ in the U P

Well dog sleds are on skies

And they are in a harness when deadheading an ATV before the snow hits

You will not see a harness at a dog show where all the dogs are intact. Or an experienced hunter with dogs that have high prey drive. I do use a harness or did when securing the dogs on the bench in my Taco that I replaced the jump seat with. That is me though, not everyone thinks the same or runs high energy\prey dogs.

Upland Journal, UJ, is a members only website that requires registration to gain access. Didn't used to be but there is some advantages to being secure from bots roaming the web and hitting hunting sites.

Bird hunters are almost all fly fishers and have been since the fly (dry of course) was invented in England. When we pulled into England many years ago a friend from Alaska and I had one goal and that was to fly fish the original chalk (limestone) streams. And we did. Also might have ended up in a drinking contest with the Royal Army Rugby team, don't be that person. The hair on my head still hurts thinking about the next day.

UJ has a swap and trade section and one of the members has a lot of books for sale. Hardcover mostly and the ones that aren't are noted. Not going to list the upland hunting ones but can if someone wants me to. There are some classics listed:

I am offering the volumes listed below for $20/each. If you decided to buy a second book, the price will be $15, for third and additional books, $12.50 each. In other words, one book would be $20, two books would be $35, four books would be $60, and so on. Consider this an invitation to go on a cherry picking spree.

    Fishing

    Burroughs, Billy Coker’s Sack
M.R. Montgomery, The Way of the Trout
    Robert Traver, Trout Magic
    John Gierach, Trout Bum (paperback)
George Reiger, Profiles in Salt-Water Angling
    H.L. Halford, Dry-Fly Fishing
Christopher Camuto, A Fly Fisherman’s Blue Ridge (paperback)
Lefty Kreh, Fly Fishing in Salt Water, Revised Edition
Izaak Walton, The Complete Angler and The Arte of Angling (Oxford University Press pocket edition)
    Muriel Foster’s Fishing Diary (boxed)
Russell Chatham (ed), Silent Seasons (quality paperback)
John Rucker, Travels with Barney (paperback)
