Good morning Jim. I don’t fertilize the lawn; ever. Yeah, the Mrs gives me flack over the appearance but at least it doesn’t grow as much. I need a new tractor - instead I hired a guy. Comes every other week and charges $40. Best money I’ve spent. The lawn is cut if I’m not home and I don’t have to store the machine. I figure it would take a long time to add up to the cost of a good, new tractor or zero turn.

My sister's school (Middle School, southern California) had their first day last Friday, but that day and today is faculty/staff only, no little darlings until tomorrow.

Slept a few minutes later than usual. The dogs both woke up before we did. Apparently Cookie got bored. She got a roll of toilet paper I use to clean the lenses of my glasses off the desk. She shredded it. The living room looked like a snowstorm hit. Honey, our 17 year old Yorkie, came looking for me to narc on her baby sister..
It's hard to act mad and laugh at the same time

    Good morning folks

Common with Tollers they will take the end of the toilet paper roll and run through the house with it. Even has a name, a white tornado.

When my now oldest did it as a pup I gave him hell of course and told him the toilet paper stays in the bathroom. Couple of days later he did it again. But he did listen to me, well kind of sort of he took it just over the edge of the bathroom. Who, me?! I did what you told me to.

Yeah it can be hard to act mad and yell when you are laughing at the same time.

All good at the doctor today. This was my last follow up from the palpitation episode I had a couple of months ago. I’ve had EKG's, echocardiogram, wore a monitor for a week after this event and had a heart cath a couple of years ago for a different reason. The cardiologist said I’m good to go, heart muscles and valves are in good shape, no restrictions on activities, no new meds. Come see him again in a year unless there is something new that crops up.

His best educated guess was it was stress induced and told me to not get stressed  I told him I tried but it didn’t always work. He said they have pills for that or I can go get a medical M/j card and that will work too. I had to laugh at that, I think I like this guy.

Today, I managed to order all of the replacement parts I need for the boat. So I guess I better figure out how to get motivated to do the fiberglass repair.
