    Good Morning!
We're finally home. I worked my arse off with my nephew stripping a roof and putting on new 3/4 plywood. The idiot who framed this shed roof did not have 1 framing member on 16" layout. Or any kind of layout! A lot of measuring and cutting plywood- which means more waste than we expected. I got dehydrated Thursday night and woke 4 times with terrible leg cramps. I'll go back soon and we'll put down ice/water shield membrane, drip edge, and shingles. Roofing is a young man's sport!!

    Good morning
I had to clean out the bed of the firewood truck, it's amazing at how much trash I had back there from the drive train swap. It has a canopy, so when the rain starts the bags of sakcrete wont turn into solid blocks before I need them to.

Glad to hear Chuck is doing well!

    Morning all

Hard to get motivated at 0800 but it is the only reasonable time of the day, temp wise.

    80°

Or I can sit and finish my coffee.

Flomax was strange stuff. I took it for several weeks after my last bout with kidney stones. I’m glad you are at least feeling better. Sorry you had to go through that

Grandpa let us drive on the farm in Iowa. One day I drive out to the main road and he tells me to keep going. Hired man chuckles and asks what we do if the county sheriff comes by. Grandpa says we all run different directions! Great memory. Was probably 12 at the time.

Been semi absent for a bit.... Just other things in life eating up most of the time that would usually put in reading all the posts in this thread. Sometimes you hit that spot where its better if you don't interact.... Where everything that comes out of you seems negative even when you don't mean it to.

Yeah been a couple of those. Just need to get re energized & back in the groove of making the time to set down here in the morning, catch up with all of you & throw some likes. Maybe Monday will get things back on track. :)
