    Good morning. Off to have some blood work this morning.

    Sue, I’m going to encapsulate the wood with fiberglass. There’s not a lot of force seen in that area so a plug from the bottom is sufficient. I have a good size overlap that used thickened epoxy. I used the method you suggested on the cabin top as the mast sits above it.
