    Good morning :pccoffee:

Back to work for the week then leave for the North Shore of Lake Superior Sunday morning for 3 weeks. Probably only stay at the cabin 2.5 weeks. Have to take off Thursday for an endoscopy volunteered for a research study on esophageal cancer and swallowed a sponge on a string and nurse Ratched pulled it back up scraping the esophagus on the way, choking and gagging.

She called to say it was positive and I told them that I can only handle one cancer at a time so put the scope off until Thursday. But it is a research clinical trial so they don't know what they don't know yet. The radiation treatment for lung cancer is finally wearing off and with a little luck it is a done deal but have to wait until November to find out.

Cleaned up some pictures from Canada time to photobomb LOL.

A pine marten ran down the road in front of me for a short distance so tried to take a picture of it with the phone from the mount. Somehow took a picture of myself instead. Haven't had a picture of me in years so decided to keep it instead of trash it at the last minute.

Somehow made it to 66 despite all the dumb stuff I've done over the years. Would have taken better care of myself if I would known I'd make it this far. I was in my early 50's when Andy started this thread.

We have a spare bedroom that's kept closed and it has our printer/accessories in it. I went in to put more paper in and left the door cracked open. New dog came in behind me and I heard water splattering- turned around and she's dumping quarts on the rug. I had just walked her not an hour ago. Definitely marking or testing the boundaries.

Every day is a gift for me at this point, age wise I have out lived my father, mother, a brother, a sister and various other family members. You hang in there brother

Good morning everybody. It’s Monday again…

Time to keep an eye on the weather in the Caribbean. Not looking too good for my part of the Gulf later this week.

It's 7ft tall and yes they both get alot of exercise climbing up and down . Rascal takes her time climbing down but Gunny takes the express route .Gunny jumps off the top perch and lands onto the dining room table
He's even jumped from the top perch to the floor

I have a cat lady that lives next door, she has 3 feral cats that she takes care of. Her friend is the local vet, she has caught all of them and had them fixed and there shots. Our dog keeps close tabs on them IMG_0605.jpg IMG_0607.jpg

    Good Morning
Cooler temps this week and dry.
Short term layoff at work for the next two weeks. I'll have time to work on my retaining wall project.

    I could always use rocks.

    Prayers for you Mike,
    Great pictures.
Enjoy your trip to the North Shore. We stayed with the kids at Lutsen last year. We were able to get out on our own for an afternoon and went for a drive. Visited some waterfalls and a Maple syrup shack set way back in the woods.
