    Just catching up with old posts.
    @BarcelonaTom67 in 2017 we bought a furnace from Goodman from .... drawing a blank. Maybe Alpine Home Air products??? I can look when I get home. Anyway, we tore out the old ductwork and the old furnace from a pit in our crawlspace and installed it our selves. The hardest part was working in a 3 x 5 x 3.5 foot concrete pit and trying to put things together. I think all in we spent about $4K. And that was after we found out we didn't have enough duct work and hired an HVAC to come and install some more duct as I was tired of working on it!! I think the duct work was about $1k and the furnace and tools I bought were $3k. Really not that hard after watching some You Tube videos.
