    Dash Cams and Hams!
    Wife and I took a Virgin Voyages Cruise for our 28th. She's Post Op Ankle Surgery so still non weight bearing and in a wheel chair. We weren't going to let that stop us from celebrating so I pushed her around in a wheel chair for a week at sea and at port. And there were some rough sea days pitching and rolling - Not Virgin's fault. They say you gain 7 to 10 pounds on a cruise and I did. But I was still eating light and healthy, drinking was occasional, more than home but not by much and no cocktails - straight whiskey.

    So I had the scale run my biometrics and it appears that I picked up 15 pounds of muscle. Apparently pushing the wife around all day was quite the work out.

    Last night, after my muscles had had a break from the trip, I went back to working out finally. This morning I'm feeling it!

    Drove 150 miles (OK, I let the kid actually drive) carrying 60lbs masa and 45lbs chile colorado, along with burner and a ton of pots/pans to make tamales at the in-laws in Murrieta. Son had the honor of driving us home on Sunday.

    I don't even really like tamales. . .

    Ok, what the flyin frick! Just went to the post office to get Christmas stamps, the guy behind the counter says “no, we don’t have any”… So I think that’s strange but there’s another post office about a mile down the road in Maine, so I head over, wait in line…… Then ask for Christmas stamps, the guy behind the counter says… Yep, you guessed it. “No, we don’t have any”!!!
    If I had a desk, I’d flip it! The US Postal Service does not have Christmas stamps during Christmas! It’s the end of the world as we know it.
