I’m pretty sure the person that hits an emergency vehicle gets fined pretty heavily. They get dropped by their insurance company after they settle up with the damages. The driver / idiot goes into the “high risk pool “ , unless you’re rich and pay cash you ain’t driving a car with a lien on it anymore. Kinda like drunk driving where you F up bad , but that’s Michigan
To answer your question, yes it’s different than hitting the country pickup truck at the restaurant at lunch. Hitting a cop car in a non emergency situation, my bad. Hitting it while it’s chasing someone, you F up

I’m wearing ump teen layers of clothes to stay warm. I have to go play in the snow, even though it’s like minus whatever. I have found that in Michigan you have to have something to do outside in winter. If you stay inside all year, you’ll go batshit crazy and wind up on the 6 o’clock news. This is the first good winter we’ve had in a while, people are freaking out, I find it quite hilarious

 

That would toss some good snow balls . I’ll play fetch with the dog with a snow ball, she loves it. I let her get my scent off of it, she’ll find it in the snow every time

 

Turn the heater up and kick back like a boss?

My brother lives in JAX, I texted him to see if they had any sleet/ice to deal with. I get a pic back with a text that said they went to Mont Tremblant to get away from the storm. I guess that it makes sense if you don't think about it for too long.

 

It’s still snowing! We’re at about 5” now, supposed to continue until 7-8:00 tonight.
