I like to fly by the seat of my pants most times and pick my camp spots based on fishing, weather, fires, etc. about 15 minutes before i leave the house but with the holiday being on a friday i know i wont have the luxury of doing that this year.
reservations secured. i will be in MT for a change so there will be lots of fishing. i hope.

Nice! I considered taking my MT-09 for a ride today, but Calumet County has too much crap on the roads yet. We need a good rain. I did start it and let it run a bit, get it warmed up once.

It was nice to work outside in a t-shirt today!

I contemplated pulling the blower off of the tractor, for about 4 seconds. Then it occurred to me that there's at least a month of possible snow yet. I have to go into town today. Going to take a look at the roads, maybe take the bike for a bit of a spin on Friday, it's supposed to be 66*.

I’m fortunate, I have a separate snow blower and garden tractor  I use my leaf blower for that light dry fluffy snow, works great, used it a lot this year. 0*, 4” of over night lake effect, fire that baby up and poof it’s gone, but ya gotta play the wind right, cleans cars off great. Year’s ago I saw a car dealership using one, after that it was game on. :D

It was kind of sketchy. It was completely dry on my route, but the intersections were full of sand and salt. Modern EFI sure takes the fear out of Spring starting though!

Good morning. I have to meet a junk removal guy at my mother’s house to clean the basement. She has two appointments that the aide will be taking her to so I have Carte Blanche to toss what I think is appropriate. I’ll have to start up the Falcon and move it out of the garage to get to some of the crap I want gone. Hopefully it starts.

    Good morning.
It's going to be around 70° today! I'm dropping the gas tank in the firewood truck to replace the functional fuel pump with a higher volume/pressure one.
"Tuning" a 37 year old rust bucket beater truck, what did I get myself into? :burnrubber:

I was looking at the new-to-me garden tractor yesterday, I need to get a set of front tires, change the hydro fluid, change the drive belt and sharpen the blades.
The snowblower has a half of tank of gas left, I'm betting that I will end up draining that and burn in the mower.
