    While we're on the subject of Colorado, I needed something to do since it was too hot to be outside after work so I decided to start building some of the stock cars for my narrow gauge model railroad. These are really nice injected molded kits of the 5700 series of stock cars. It's been too long since I built any kits this nice, the first ones are going to be not-so-great.

    I started doing some cow math- each one of these cars held about 35 cows, an average of 35 steaks per cow, 3 stock cars have been started... that's almost 3700 steaks... 1 steak per week- almost a lifetime supply of steaks!
