    Happy pre-Friday, gang.
I was not in here for one afternoon and missed a great time!

Mint mobile claims that I used my 5G allotment of data for the month but they can't tell me where it went. I haven't done anything out of the (boring) ordinary, so I have no clue

It sounds like the old T-mobile antics all over again.

@CVYota - great new avatar, Andy.

    2016 Toyota Tacoma Extracab 4x4 2.7L
Nice thread here and over a decade of cool interesting stuff to browse through. I am on the back side of the 50 group here and have found the tacoma world site to be pretty helpful. I had an SR5 with a 22r and 5 speed back in the 90s I used for a daily driver and I have to say it was easy to work on and bullet proof. I did a complete inframe rebuild on it after I had bought it, in a barn no less. It didn't need one really but it had broken a rocker arm so I decided to just go through it. Most of the time driving it the needle was buried and other than clutch and electric fuel pump after that it never failed me.
Just bought a 2016 Tacoma extracab 4x4 (67k original miles) a few months back with the 2.7 and AT and had tune done on it to improve the shifting and as others have attested to is pretty fun to drive. I was looking for a new daily driver as what I was driving was ford f150 with about 200k on it and that is about all that it is going to give (the only reason I was driving a ford BTW was because they gave me very good deal on it). Did a little research and seen the simplicity of the Tacoma 4 cylinder pickups as well as the stated longevity and it was not a hard decision. I wanted something that will out last me and if it needs a repair here and there I can do it myself without having to get out he abacus and slide ruler to try to figure out how to access the troubled part or remove the cab to change a spark plug and check the oil.
