Do people age from 49 to 60 overnight ???

Thankfully no. I don't want to speed up the process anymore than it seems to get as you age.

Nah,It's what you make of it.
I think I'm holding up pretty well, but then again I'm active.
I see people I know who are my age and they look like a train wreck.

I agree. Seen a few people I haven't seen in years and OMG. Seems like someone dropped the old man hammer on them. Very scary.

That helps, but a lot of the water oak leaves hang around till spring  My maples and willow oak leaves fall when they should.

I am over weight some, but other than that fairly good shape. You can never take your health for granted. Things can change over night.

This may sound funny, but I eat an apple every day, and try to drink a Kombucha/Synergy every day. Made me a new man.

Checkin in.......no trainwrecks, no sprained ankles from mt bikes, no strained anything xceptin the mod money fund & these damned whiskers that won't stay away for more than a coupla hrs, lol. Been doin the Advocare spark energy drink thing of late. Dropped all coffee, cokes & candy.......OK, pretty much all. Feel much better being off the sugar rollercoaster. 1 16 oz Mango-Strawberry thing in the mornin and wallah, no after lunch crash, no care about breakfast. No twitchy nonsense like Monster, cheaper & better for ya. Dropped about 25 lbs on the Advocare stuff in the last coupla months. Check it out, they got somethin for everybody.................

    Good on ya!
Went for my yearly physical back in July.
Bloodwork was good except for Triglycerides. Number was up pretty good.
My Doc told me to lose a few #'s and cut out junk(excess sugars, starches and the like).
I'm not heavy to begin with, but I dropped 20 lbs. in 2 months by just cutting out junk and lots of walking. Supposed to get bloodwork in another month.Hopefully this wasn't done for nothing.

I quit smoking in 1991. I wore size 32's and in a month went up to 34's, in a few years up to 38's. My brother quit about the same age as I did he never gained a pound. I ate atomic fireballs like crazy for a year or so to help my cravings.

30 yr smoker here, quit in '07. Chantix did the job. Went up to 185 and stopped drinking, went down to 147 and started eating waffles at Waffle House, now leveled out at 160. No more vices except this damn Tacoma.
