    as mentioned previously we've still got some rain forecasted for today and colder temps but nothing like yesterday . right now its 45 degrees and dark ugly skies

    Looks like we got 4.65" of rain yesterday !!

    Going to finish with my coffee then go to the weight room and get my exercises done !!

    in and out in 30 minutes!!!!!! blood draw and hearing test is all i needed!! hell yeah!! i hate needles but this guy was good at his job. my hearing is also excellent.
    a co worker flipped out because he doesnt like needles either and denied blood draw-may not have a job!

    Got some sleep after dr. Gave me steroids drops. Now have 3 drops,1 gel, antibiotics. He was pleased with 24 hr progress but won't release me to work until late next week's follow up. I have 3 days to be 100% and that's not happening.
