Got the ice canal chipped out to catch and drain water that flows down the drive. Some still working its way into the garage of course.

    ice canal.jpg

Path about 20 yards long in the general direction of the truck LOL. Bricks I see bricks! And ice forming on top already.

Steps and porch done. About 15 feet left between the road and the truck left to do it is 2-3 inches thick up there. Had enough fun for a night though pick up in the morning. Not sure I am going to be able to get out tomorrow either. And now I want ice cream, pop tarts and chocolate milk. "New" studded boots work awesome, haven't come even close to slipping with them on.

Nope, Just started my two weeks of nights. There are some major shift schedule changes coming up soon with the 12 hr guys and I hope I can move to days when that happens. We have a new kid that has been in training and I hope I get him soon, so I can get to my new job. He's a sharp go-getter and like a sponge in learning this stuff.

Good morning everyone! It appears to have been another busy night on here. Ice removal, blowing snow, snow blowers, deserts that made my blood sugar go through the roof just looking at the picture, and our friend Tim getting a beautiful new truck! I sincerely hope you all manage to have a wonderful day. I get another fun visit with the doc this afternoon to see what my future looks like with my shoulder. Yippee!
