    Paid off the house when I was 52, one kid done with education 2nd has one more year. I work for a hospital and after 15 years of service wife and I get lifetime medical for free. Such a relief to not have to worry about these things, thank God!

    Just turned 50 and house paid off in 5-6 months, 1 daughter graduated college in '14 and the other has 2 years left. Could retire at 55 on disabillity with paid health care but who knows what's going to happen I want out as quick as I can go, at least somewhere else doing something else.
