Good Morning all! To hell with the alarm clock, slept in till 8 this morning and I feel great. I guess the grandkids wore me down pretty good.
Your truck looks awesome CAM! I agree with Bluegrass, the roof rack really looks sharp on the Tacoma.
Bluegrass...have a good day at work. I think you're using work as an excuse to test drive that new lift.

Calling for rain this afternoon so I'm heading out for a late morning run. It looks like a good week here with temps in the mid 50s with alittle rain. Y'all have a great day, stay safe.

 

Morning everyone!

Gonna fix my flag pole. During the rain and wind storm a few days ago, the base plate tore off the from the side of the house. It's hanging at a bad angle by a couple of loose screws right now.

Since I will have it down, my questions is: What are the rules, or acceptable practice, if any, of washing the flag?

Haha... best of both worlds, made it appear lifted without lifting it so the shorter people in my life won't have to get a stool to access the side steps.

 

Cam, Awesome looking set up. I so wish I had installed a hard tonneau cover....

 

Yeah, we'll have to compare some measurements, I'm sure the third gen sits higher stock than the 2nd gens.

Managed to get in a 5 Mike run just before the rain. Nothing like incoming bad weather to motivate me. Thats my trusty Ranger in the fore ground. I hope everyone is having a good day...

Corny Joke Of The Day: Cop pulls over a man with a truck full of penguins. Where you going with those penguins, Mister ? I'm taking them to the zoo, Sir. Okay, take them straight there. Next day, the same cop sees the same man with the penguins in the back of his truck. He pulls him over. I thought you were taking those penguins to the zoo yesterday. Man says, I did and they had such a great time, today we're going to the movies.

I've always liked black, but living here I decided to go one shade lighter. Lol! I see a lot of members changing out the grills on all the generation tacomas, as I did as well. The 2017 Tacoma will be offered with the pro package and with the Toyota logo on the grill! I bet they sell a ton of those grills!! Haha. Also Kudos to Toyota from winning the 500 yesterday

 

Gonna suffer through a few hours at work. (It's a typical Monday here...so far) Then I'm going home early. Gonna put the 1" blocks back in on the rear springs. Front is slightly higher than the rear. That's got the headlights in the tree tops, AND it looks funny. This'll be a temporary move until I have spare cash for the Dakar leaf springs. Always somethin'......

Anyway. 52 degrees here this morning. No rain in the forecast until mid week. Plan is to enjoy the (relatively) warm temps while they're here. Hope y'all doin' fine this morning!
