I did pick up some blackberry moonshine while I was down there. Just had a sip and it is too sweet for me. Either Jameson or Makers Mark is up next to clean my mouth out.

Y'all be same. Going to be dang near 80 here tomorrow. I want some more winter. The heat will be here soon enough.

    What did you get?

Not yet. Got to do brakes on the 07 next week and want to do more stuff to it. Probably the first thing I'm going to do to the new one is put some Ride Rites on it before I start towing the camper. I love them on the 07.

I've read a lot of people on here say that the bull bars do more damage than good. Even my buddy had the Avid bumper guard like Mike's and it bent the frame mounts when he hit something. I think I'm just going to go with the winch insert that goes where the lower valance is, and stay with the factory bumper. There are a lot of deer here, so if I hit one, I'll just take my licks. I have a body guy that would help me out on the insurance deal.

I like that one. I wouldn't mind one that retains the factory hitch.

Hello my virtual friends! Boy ya'll (is that how you spell it down there?) were busy today. I spent a nice mid-40F day playing out in the snow. Took wifey and the daughter out for a Valentines dinner. Here's dessert.

They look great! You will love those. I got some good old scratches on mine the first time out. Served their purpose.

The 1st gens, 95.5 to 2004 were considered compact trucks and they used the term extra cab. They had no extra doors. When the 2nd gens started in 2005, it became a mid sized truck and those are called access cabs because they have the rear swinging rear doors (for easier access).

You didn't really loose a day off. That first day is wasted trying to get a nap and try to switch back to normal, and feel like crap in the process.

On the way to dinner, I was planting the seed on a new front bumper. Hopefully an ARB will be coming my way sometime. ;)
