    Evening everyone

Decided the new stereo in my truck isn't loud enough or should I say not enough thump LOL !!

So I'm having the stereo place pump it up a little with these and a custom enclosure . This should make the windows vibrate

Getting a pair of these Pioneer 8" shallow mount subwoofers in a custom subwoofer enclosure

    http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Car/Subwoofers/Shallow+Mount/TS-SW2002D2

Autotek 2500.1D amp to power the subwoofers ....
    http://autotekcaraudio.com/ss2500-1d/

I will still use this amp which is already installed for my pioneer speakers in ea door

I wear long sleeve shirts, brown Wrangler jeans and steel toe boots year 'round at work. People ask me how I do it, but it's more comfortable than shorts and t-shirts when it's triple digits.

Looks like we might be getting some wind along with the possibility of rain on Saturday. I hope we get some rain before the wind. Quite often the wind whips up a big dust storm before the rain starts and just makes a bigger mess.

Not that I need it, but lots of rain for me just means more OT. I live on high ground, so not too worried about flooding.

The new truck has a flawless paint job. I took a few picts with the I-phone (which I am new to) so I don't have a clue how to get those on my PC. Tomorrow I will try to get a few picts of my plain jane Blue SR5 AT AC 4x4, and post em

Susan, thanks for your nice concern for the wife. Thus is the same one (wife) I have been married for almost 49 years.

Previously I mentioned, someday we may want to go out to the coast in SC for vacation. Any guidance on that area would be welcomed.
Btw we are common mid-Mo folks --not hi-rollers or anything like that. If you have any good ideas --you cam PM me so not to bore anyone here . Thanks

Sounds pretty close to how we had to dress in the pit at 120*-140*. The theory was that the cotton T-shirt helped sweat evaporate and the outer layers helped protect against hot steam pipes. Steel toed boots well they are self explanatory for others I would hope!

I still wear a T-shirt no matter what I am wearing any time of the year. But now more times than not wear those fancy V-neck ones. And don't give a damn if I am showing off white chest hairs or not, I earned them!

You should really put on the wish list to take a trip to Washington State and around the Olympic Peninsula to where the Dungeness River dumps into the Sound. And of course Hurricane Ridge, etc. But think you both would both would really like a trip to the Bay and a hike\drive up River. And of course more than a few places to eat crab. Not that there is anything wrong with a good old fashioned Chesapeake Crab Bake. But just saying...

We've got heavy rain forecasted for Friday & Saturday as yet another Atmospheric river hits Socal

I remember those dust storms when I lived on Scottsdale Ariz in the mid 80's . Strong winds kicking up a huge cloud of dust that rolled thru the valley . I think they call them Haboobs now !!!

Yep flooding , mud slides and debris flows and the town of Oroville up in Norcal dealing with what might be a potential dam collapse

Just saw this on my local late nite news tonite , This is Horsetail falls in Yosemite Valley . a Strange phenomenon happens in mid to late Febuary ea year . The setting sun , water temps and snow accumulation all together turn the falls into a fire fall
