Added some rear bed supports to the Tacoma. I love anytime I get to use my rivet-nut tool! My tailgate latches real smooth when closing, and my cover latches are ware there supposed to be.

Reminds me I need to trim a cedar down in front makes it hard for older couple next door to see when they leave driveway.

Good morning 50's, my 59.75 year old body is sore from work. We have some real warm weather this weekend,60* fri,60*sat,60*sun. I like the warm temps, but this is not good. Fruit trees can get all screwed up, farmers are worried. Time for COFFEE, enjoy your day kids.

 

Good morning all. Now the wind is all but gone and the rain is falling and has been for a while, but not sure how long. It's no gully washer but it's a respectable rain for the desert. I'm not sure if it's my "Spidey-senses" or just the hype of the storm, but I go into full alert mode when it rains because of all the campers we have that can get stranded with what would seem like the most minor rain.

So, the coffee is on and I'm going to get somewhat ready for work because I would be surprised if I didn't get called or texted pretty soon.

How many camping spots?

 

I need to repair walls behind new base cabinets. Need to go get spray foam and plastic shims.
I 10 closed both directions for demo of an old bridge they've been replacing. Glad I don't need to go that way. Should open by 5 am monday.

 

The vast majority is open desert separated by washes and terrain. It's hard to tell, but there are hundreds of trailers/campers/motorhomes/tenters in 2 major LTVA locations, each LTVA is better than a few hundred acres. We do have some smaller 14 day areas that are the more traditional type camping with fire rings and tables, but those are relatively safe.

 

sure hope you guys are ok out there. I havent heard a thing yet about how my daughter is I guess we'll have to call this lady that's involved with the mission
