When its time for a battery in my truck it'll be a optima or a Deka AGM battery , no corrosion to worry about

We're slowly converting to agm. We have quite a bit of stand alone solar lights and going to get even more and agm seem to make more sense, less maintenence and longer life (even in this hot climate).

I heard that too. I haven't had much experience with them so I don't really know. We do most of our business with the local Interstate place.

    You need to see that.
They had a short course race near us in Floresville Tx on a cycle ranch. Dirt course. Was so bad ass!
Poor job of advertising it. They haven't been back.
    It was a Traxxas event.

I'm headed for the rack myself. Gotta bring the 20' gooseneck in first thing in the morning for tires then dive into a funfilled day of credit card statement reconciliation and vehicles reports! Woo-effen-hoo!

A while back I purchased a 27f AGM Northstar in a group buy on here, and loved the battery but it was Heavy. After I installed it my Trucks handling didn't feel right. After a week of having it I decided to pull it and sell it. If I go with a AGM again It'll be a 24 series.
