Good Morning you fine folks!

 

Good morning all. I'm on day 6 of a 4 day work week. I'm sub'ing for the lead park ranger and his troops let me know when they go in/out of service and I get the trouble calls, so I've been on for 2 hrs and haven't left the house yet (2 hr call back). But I have to hit the office around 0800 and finish the vehicle reports, wash my truck and reload for next week.

Did the catching up while eating breakfast sigh coffee, Granola Bar and oatmeal yeah me lol Need finish house cleaning today and then not sure what to get into probably more shop stuff keeping myself busy lol . I think I have enough projects to last me a year or so :}

Mine usually consists of coffee, a banana and 2 Belvida cracker thingies. Any more than that and I want to take a nap.

 

Got my errands done already. Nice going out early to fuel up and get the groceries done before the local nit wits wake up. Bird feeders all filled up too.
There's a Kestrel hanging around since the Fall. The feeders provide some easy pickins judging by the piles of feathers on the ground.

If the spirits move me, I may take a ride to Bass Pro and do a walkabout. Nothing I need to get.
After that, make a fire and watch TV with my eyes shut,lol.

I do grocery run same time. Going to beat the crowd tomorrow am or give list to wife for today..

 

Just thinking of the wind coming across the Bridgeport harbor right to the Bass Pro parking lot makes me cold...

 

Crank the heat to max 1o min before getting there you will be warm enough to make the speed walk from the car to the door :}

I went out and gave this truck a real good test drive yesterday. Drove it down to Phoenix to test its highway manners. check. Drove it around Phoenix for a bit to check its in city driving manners. check. Took it up a little trail on the way home to check its off road manners. check. Called a friend and we took it back out on the trail to check its nighttime off road manners. check. Truck checks all the boxes.
Gonna go and talk to them in a few hours.
