    Ahh Haggis is English / Scotch not Irish go for corned beef braised brisket , cabbage , potatoes, carrots and some cream cheese sugar cookies for desert and a good stout dark to wash it down :}

    If you can't do the brisket there is a stew type thing my grand mother used to make with sausage, bacon , potatoes and onions don't recall what the name is she actual spoke Gaelic sadly I did not pay attention enough to learn but a few words .
