Amen to that.....the one that gave notice was TOLD he could not take a Planned vacation of 2 weeks , he could have 3 days

I have to literally bite my tongue when managers "get involved" every 1/2 hour....

Leave me and my crew to F!@#$ alone and watch the work go out.....

They wonder why writers go back out front with sheepish looks.........This Old Irish ba$tard will run the shop his way or take the door.....:hattip:

Corp America needs a shot of reality , starting with CSR scores... and customers need to be told up front; this is our schedule.....deal with it....:fistbump:

Good Morning everyone! It's 31 fun loving degrees here in sunny Southern Maryland. My lawn mower took a dump so it's off to Lowe's or Wallys World for its replacement. We had snow flurries here yesterday so maybe I should pickup a new snow shovel too lol. Well y'all have a great day and please stay safe.

I picked a pretty nice one at Lowe's. I already have a decent lawn tractor so all I needed was a pusher to get into where the tractor won't. The lawn tractor is about 8 years old, every year I swap out the oil, clean the filters and so forth...I could say the same about my truck.

My Craftsman rider served me great for over 20 years. I think I changed the oil in it twice and a new air filter once. One set of belts. Still going strong.
