    I managed to put mine in the cartilage of my ear about 24 years ago; casting in the wind in a thicket of trees alongside a pond ... felt like a big time CLUTZ. :oops: And they did the push it through, cut off barb, and pull it back through method at the ER. :facepalm:

    Think I'll stick with barbless single hooks after seeing the missing part in your finger! At least for fly fishing it can get tricky in the wind, especially here where it is so windy much of the time. I have "caught" myself a few times. But only embarrassing when you catch your hat and it comes flying off your head on the forward cast.

    I like thick bacon, and the time I tried it it really wasn't. You know whats really good? Jalepeno bacon. I got a connection. and its awesome. Im gonna make some breakfast burritos and some BLTGs out of it next weekend.
