Hope you have a good recovery.
BTDT, Had my right shoulder rebuilt in '07. Torn rotator and tore it off the bone 1.5 inches. 4 anchors and pretty black and yellow shoelaces are in there now.
Last year right around now, I got my 80% torn bicep tendon fixed in my left forearm. 2 y.o. injury made for a tough repair.
Although I can still shoot my compound (not as good as I used to), I went with a crossbow 2 seasons ago.
At least I'm still in the game and making meat.

    Everything TW members recommend
Tore my rotator cuff when I was a kid. Star little league pitcher.
Fast forward 40+ years. Now I'm star second baseman in our co-ed softball team. LOL.
There is hope for the torn rotator crowd.

My surgeon for both surgeries told me not to do anything stupid and follow PT religiously and not to get ahead of myself.
I listened and everything worked out well.

    Naw!
Up at 4 EVERYDAY if I need to or not, lol.
Already went grocery shopping and made a Homey-D run for lime and peat moss. Wanted to get there before the hordes of nit-wits get there late morning.
Already spread 120 lbs. of lime and deciding over coffee wether to till the garden or wait a few weeks still.
I have about 50 lettuce plants sprouting all over the garden from last year's lettuce I let go to seed. I'll remove them then transplant them when it comes time to till.

Took a package of ground venny mixed with bacon out of the freezer. Venny burgers and an Adventinus Doppelbock or two for supper will make a nice day just right.

Wind is starting to crank up here. Guess we missed that big offshore storm for once.

No boat for me this year. Sold it last year after owning one boat or another for the last 40 years.
On one hand, I will miss the yearly ritual of taking the shrink off and getting it ready for the water.
On the other hand, I won't miss the expense and the dreaded bottom paint.

 Riding home from the night shift, one more tonight before my weekend. Raining here, and looks like snow up in the mountains.

Looks like I am the last one up.

Going to a funeral for a friend that the big C got the better of. He was a good outdoorsman and we did alot of major backpacks together.

I would rather be out fishing, he would have liked that.

Boat ran great. So windy it really affected the boat. Never felt it before. But 5 1/2 pounds and 22 inches long made me forget the cold for a few. Glad I had my new stronger rods.

I was kinda pre fishing for a buddy of mine that has a tournament there tomorrow.
I jokingly told him where they were for a price... Lolololol.
I stopped in the shop to give him details. First time he has seen my boat up close and he couldn't believe it was 21 years old... I told him real fishermen use aluminum. He laughed....

    THANK YOU. :)
