I'm all done with winter. I gotta buy something for fishing..

... it's actually feeling like Spring here ... no doubt having said that, we'll get that late season dump I've been wondering about.

Go buy it for sanity's sake if nothing else.

Stay strong, it's a lot closer than it has been.

Morning all. Quiet day today - dinner with my parents (mommy likes to take care of her only boy) and then relax in the recliner. I'm sure the evening will bring worry and anxiety about work...

 

Going to beat the mob at the store.

 

Thought about mowing the lawn.....nah I'll let it grow another day or so. 17*

Everything here is already green. Except for vehicles which have a nice powder yellow coating. Broke record highs last week in the Dallas area hitting the 90s. This morning it's 45.

took a ride to the boat marina. ENE winds, cold drizzle, about 35 degrees. Good day to watch TV with my eyes shut.
Supposed to finally get nice out mid-week.
Just have to go to my buddy's shop later to get some mealworms for trout.

Washed the yellow off mine. Did door jambs and inside. Need to do cabin filter.

Frozen balls of ice were falling when I let the weiner dog out at 4.

 

The power companies do well here. One week the AC's running, the next you have the heat back on.

 

I was using an electric pole chain saw of my neighbors. He's an older retired fellow and a great neighbor. When he gets a new toy, he won't rest until I use it. He bought something last week I'll share later, and called me up to see if I had been in the shop to see "our" new toy.

I had a lot of dead stuff I got burning really good and threw the green stuff in, rinse and repeat. Incenerated pretty well.
