I purchase index cards from the Amazon basic collection. By the hundreds and have them sitting in bundles wrapped in rubber bands all over the place with a pen attached to them.

But then again picked that trick up from college and Navy Nuc school. Problem is now I just can't remember where I put the damn things... :anonymous:

LOL that is awesome!! Ordered my free one before they are gone.

Hello all, I skipped a few pages. I went out to the desert this weekend, did a few miles off road, rescued a stuck Celica in the middle of nowhere, and helped a few scouts with the mining merit badge. We even got to visit the US Borax mine operation, largest in the US.

I will see if anyone wants it, but I doubt it, they all have new tents.

I thought about getting a inversion table when I jacked up my back last summer. My PT said they work for some people but others not so much. I was gonna try one if my PT didn't work, luckily for me the PT worked. Glad it worked for you, I'm still kicking around the idea of getting one for, like you said, maintenance and stuff

    That would definitely do it.

Great pics. Michelin has a plant across the street from where I work that makes those tires. That section is mostly idle now because they misjudged the market. But most are made in the Lexington, SC plant.

It's really funny. I've talked to a couple doctors and chiropractors I've visited in the past and, while they wouldn't commit a solid answer, they pretty much said they're not worth the money. Since I've owned this one, I haven't seen my doctor for backpain and haven't had to go to the chiropractor.

I'm not saying they work for everyone, but it's sure worked for me.

Well, I was wondering about the cheaper ones. Especially the free ones.
Another question. what does "may cause other problems" mean exactly? Did you shit your pants?:poking:

Sick to your stomach, dizziness. You could probably make your back worse if you're not careful. Do a search and read up on it first.
