    Morning all.
I have room in garage again.
All snow stuff is out and back in the shed. Packed it a little different and I have a little more room.
So now to do a general clean and throw of the garage.
I may go after the boat or I might not. Still undecided. They changed a tournament location and now it's at my lake next weekend. So between pre fishing and the tournament I won't be in the area.

I really should get the vehicles taken care of first. Butttttt I don't know.
Found out a woman bought the house next to me.
It was the one with the kid and the loud mouth boyfriend.
That's ok, set them straight the first day. All will be good.
My neighbors saw me out last night and came over and we talked.
Thanked me for being such a good and caring neighbor.
    I thought that was nice.
They were great also. They minded their own business and didn't say anything with the race are and such in the drive.
It was on the market one day and was sold.
I guess it's sellers market right now.
So I hope she will put a little more effort into the outside.
    We will see....

Hope ya got a good neighbor.
We're spread out around here. One neighbor has a pool company and is making a junkyard at his place.
    Old trucks.
    Old boats.
    Old washers.
    Old dryers.
    Old pool heaters.
    Etc
And mows around all of them. At least they're far enough away.

    Happy Good Friday to all.

"Interesting" neighbors are everywhere I guess. The one across the street bought a new couch a few years back. The old one went in the backyard... And was set on fire instead of taking it to the transfer station.

    Luckily I was at work.

BTW, We live in a development with 1/3 acre lots...

Over the past year, 2 boats have appeared. A 20' Boston Whaler early 1990's vintage and a late 90's 14' Boston Whaler Rage jet boat. There's 2 riding mowers, 2 utility trailers, 8 cars/trucks... Nice guy, but the yard is a mess. Doesn't bother me too much other than 2 of the vehicles are always parked across from my driveway making it a challenge, at times, to pull in and out. I've been pissed enough to want to run into them but it wouldn't do ant good as there isn't a straight panel on either. Only way to make it worthwhile would be to selectively hit the drivers door at the fender so that the kid (he's in his mid 20's) would have to climb over the center console to get out... One vehicle is a 96 Ram 2500 extended cab V10 without mufflers and the other is an early 90's Explorer. On the plus side, when I need something for a project, they probably have it...

I can understand that where I am. Out in County. There are mini mansions that have popped up around us on anywhere from 10-40 acres. Hard to realize junkyards have doubled in price.
    Everyone minds their business.
I have my recycle shed of metals whenever prices go back up.

Happy Friday. Today starts the beginning of the end game that has had me crazy busy for the last couple of months... Out tenant is officially moved - we get the keys back today. Then on Monday the contractors show up at the new place to begin getting it ready for us.
    1. Some walls getting moved
    2. New siding
    3. New windows
    4. New basement door
    5. Painting inside and outside trim
    6. Need to call the garage guy, and start that process

Getting all of the stuff scheduled for the current house as well...
    1. New carpeting
    2. Painting inside and outside trim
    3. Just had shutters repaired
    4. New powder room sink

So still a lot to do, but hopefully we can be moved by late May and the current house on the market.

I will get some rest by summer-time.

    LOL, nope.

New place is out in the country, and was built in 1961. Secluded enough that you can't se it from the road... Unless the leafs are off the trees, AND you know where to look.

Did go to Home Depot for a sink, and ended up with a full kitchen remodel.

    Morning all

Pretty good neighbors here, guy across the street is into toys, a family of 4 with 8 vehicles, a monster 5th wheeler all kinds of motorcycles and ohvs but the house and yards are kept clean. Problem is the 2 kids and thier friends are always taking up the parking spots. I hate having to park 2 houses away.
