The "D" sucks but with the right Doc and regiment it can be kept at bay.....My diet changed but both my wife and I have benefited from the change....:)

A few of you have mentioned mind over matter ;) for me that is 100% correct.....

Go out and live that life , mend that body and relax that soul............We have earned that by surviving our 1st 50

My knee's took a pounding while I was active duty in the Marines .jumping off roofs of buildings and or jumping off military equipment does tend to destroy your knee's

Back in 1982 -83 I had (4) surgeries on both knee's , I tore the ACL , MCL ,Meniscus and dislocated my knee cap On my right knee . My left knee I tore the meniscus

The only problem with grinding our ax is it takes a little more away. We stay sharp but less material to work with.. :boom:

 evening all. Sorry about having to add new meds to the list Chris. Hope it works for you.

Been in 120* temps and it's freaking hot!!!!

you guys quit mentioning knee's please!!!! Mine are holding steady, but who know's when the scale will tip to the bad. Too many years climbing up all kinds of stands, ladders and too many hours kneeling on concrete or top of planes either drilling or sanding.
