Next mod for you would be talking to Marlin of Marlin Crawlers and get a dual t/case conversion

I think mine is closer to 46,000 now but, like my last picture posted, I don't wear my glasses much outside and I haven't seen the odometer in a while.

Good evening, got up to 67 today broke a sweat more than once working outside. Sunny and dry. New garden hoses, fixing leaky fittings, yard work, the usual welcome to spring routine. Got to play safety observer for the guy cutting some of my trees. With a 100' rope he had 4' left so to the top of the elm it was 96 foot, and dead. Worth every penny so that I don't have one of those videos floating on the internet of me dropping a tree and it taking out my deck and house. He was a bit younger than me and seemed to enjoy it. I'll be honest, I'm too old for that shit anymore.

Evening all, spent the day with Mom. She will be 92 in june, still lIves on her own.
Congrats to the wife, that is a great thing to accomplish.

Your eyes were closed in the pic...good job doofus
No need to mod what you don't need. The weathertechs were the first and most useful mods I did.
The lockers should have been the first mod, but because of cost I can't justify it. I would regear because I want 315s which means a body lift to clear them, which involves...more mods
    .
I don't do anything that requires a crawler. Expedition is fine with me. I got a winch just in case, I have used it to pull others out, never needed it for myself...yet.

I had been putting on 2700 a month on the truck for the last 5 years, now I have the company van, I put less than 500, including a trip to Death Valley.

Winds are supposed to die down around 0400 tomorrow. I have some trailer ramps I need to finish tomorrow morning. I started adapting them from a different trailer yesterday but it got to hot to be welding in the open with no shade...and my wife is off work today so I put the ramps off till tomorrow when it's going to be cooler.

Andy perhaps look at the 285/75/17's they're 34's and not too skinny. We put them on Justin's truck with a major cmc chop, hammering the punch weld and trimming most of the plastic they fit. The only other thing he had to do was 1 1/4" wheel spacers because he has the bulky square uca's. it's a good sized tire offering great clearance and traction with out a body lift or trimming your fenders

We do currently. I think this is our 1st red flag of the year, but we have fires almost all year.

But Chuck and Andy typically have a more intense fire season than we do because of the population density and the canyons. So when they have red flag warnings, it's pretty much a panic situation.

Weak link in any Tacoma 4x4 that does moderate to hardcore off reading is the spindles

I rode in Marlins Toyota up all the waterfalls in Surprise Canyon 20 plus years ago and was impressed how easy he made it look

Yes remarkably well thanks. We both came home and took naps. But it doesn't seem her legs are bothering her or any thing she ran it in 39 1/2 minutes

I am running 285/75 16s, lots of trimming. If I can find a 295...no, nevermind I am not going down that path. It is fine where it is.
