I can, but I do so many differnt tasks that long pants are a better option. I can go from running equipment to repairing water lines to changing a lift station pump to welding/grinding to who-knows-what-next. There are stickers/thorns/splinters/rocks/slag/burrs (on the sides of trailer qnd equipment implements). It's just worth it. I wear long sleeves all the time at work too unless I know I will be in the office all day...then I wear whatever. Shorts, t-shirts, nike high tops...whatever.

Hate to say it. But I would chop it up to small cubes. Put in skillet. Cover in BBQ sauce.
And cook till burnt. Then eat

Sounds like my wife. You don't know how many times Ive been in a T-shirt and everyone is wearing shorts and flip flops and muscle shirts, and she's "cold" and wearing a sweater or hoodie. :frusty:
Now, we can all giggle at that, but try living with it. Its ridiculous and miserable.

Tri-tip? Really? I have as much regard for bbq sauce (on anything) as I do ketchup on a hotdog. I hate pulled pork too.

And it sold! If I only had time and money that would be sweet. Needs a 350 and replace that crap 2F engine. Although it had plenty of torque the valve guides were only good for about 20k.

Only the point of the brisket, and after cutting put back on the smoker. Or if in a hurry the broiler being careful not to burn the sauce. I love burnt ends. Made burnt ends last weekend but cheated and used chuck roast.

Any ramp eaters here? Found a bunch today.

When I was at LVMS for SCSN in November a few years ago it was very cold in North Las Vegas that weekend . it was maybe low 30's high 20's and all the locals were wearing long pants ,long sleeves , jackets and hats to stay warm

There were a lot of Canadian racers and spectators and they were wearing tank tops , shorts and flip flops

And until I moved here thought they were only in Western NC. Rampfest seems to be more popular in the Appalachians than here though. Still they are the king of stink no matter where you find them!

It's so hit/miss here. No real mountains or canyons to influence winds or clouds. But when we hit a 20% chance of rain, we usually get rain.

2 years ago I did a bunch of dozer work knowing rain was on it's way (something I usually try to do so the water will help compact and settle everything when I'm in an area inconvenient for a water truck). Well, we.got rain. Rained like a cow pissing on a flat rock...and the storm stopped moving 1/4 mile short of where I needed the water. I was sitting in my truck watching it rain on the opposite side of the reservoir and it never reached me... it's pretty fickle in this area.
