Ugh. You sound like my wife. Everyone knows quicksand is the only color to have. Thats why they came out with it. Do you notice that they are slowly getting rid of all the colors since quicksand? Yep. Its cause they know its more better and makes the truck do everything better.

We looked around at old #9 ice house but I had my 8 pack and didn't want to gamble. They're were some quart bottles like that but I knew what I had .
I wanted some Buried Hatchet at 8.25 but didn't feel like going to HEB.

My HEB's around here are limited. I have to go out to a Kroger Signature to find the out of the ordinary. Or head into Dallas to a Whole Foods market.

Think it is leaking around one of the windows. Now that it isn't some ungodly temps below zero need to get in the back and have someone spray the cap with a hose and find out. It is 3 years old and pretty sure the temperature extremes cause some damage, it does for everything else.

I think both LEER and ARE are good, actually think they are all good. And everyone seems to have problems with leakage, etc. You can get package deals with good discounts at certain times of the year and that is why I went with ARE.

The windoors are killer. That is why there is a platform above the bed. Don't have to reach down to get stuff and I have my most commonly used things sitting in milk crates on the platform. It is the same length as my inseam on my pants. Have found out over the years when sleeping in the back that you want all the room you can to sit up when it is raining, changing clothes, etc. And that is from someone that has spent 20 years sleeping in coffin racks. It works for me anyhow. But what ever you do highly recommend the windoors.

Brined pork chops for 2 hours in salt and brown sugar and air dried for an hour. Used the gas grill but wished I would have done charcoal for the sear and taste. Still they turned out extremely well moist and flavorful. Will have the other 3 this week.

Was working with the smoker and the automatic combustion control system at the same time. Have an idea for a jerky rack and wanted to make sure I could keep it at 160. Not a problem. Then after a couple of hours verifying that did some SPAM and Atomic Buffalo Turds. Should be ready soon. Time to go check them. This was an hour ago right before I added crushed pineapple to the SPAM. Which already has brown sugar on it. But with the peppers wanted something sweet to mellow the heat of the ABT's. Think tums are in order tonight. Have to try a couple before I go to bed. Which should have been a couple of hours ago.

Mine just started yesterday at 55 to 70...since it just happened all of a sudden, I kinda figured it was balance or maybe a tire bubble. But I didn't see a bubble so I'll get it to the tire shop and have them check it out.

Hi, turned 51 this year. Looking for a reason not to spend my retirement money on my truck. Was wondering if I should just put street tires on it and take off my 4x4 logos? :)

Any good advice from the experienced crowd?

    Welcome,
You came to the wrong place to find a reason not to spend money on your truck lol We will most certainly cost you retirement money :} It depends on what you want out of your truck and what you want it to do or do with it. If you do start spending money on your truck well your wallet will be screaming very quickly. There are many folks in here some do mild others do wild and everything in between.

With that said be sure to study hard for the test that will be given you will be asked to choose hot dog condiments , snack cake choices and preferred method of removing young one's from the lawn.
