    Yes, the choice is mine. It just kinda happened much like the last 2 years at this time. The good part is coming. We're actually to the point of actually getting into a maintenance program instead of this replacement and or upgrade program we've been doing the last 3 years. Tomorrow and probably Wednesday are paperwork (end of month reports and credit card statements) then I go into the summer road maintenance. My ot will go back to 10 or so hours a week.

    Next winter we'll be doing maintenance and a few led solar light installs as well as converting the remaining electric street lamps to solar led.

    When I took this job I told the boss it would take around 5 years to get to where we need to be and we're whittling down the list at a pretty good rate...roads and lighting are really all thats left, other than maintaining what we've done.
