    Yes, they get paid. The issue comes from customer chargeable hours. With gov't work, you can only charge actual labor hours. Because productivity is now being measured, there is a practice of staying clocked in on a work order... G men don't like that...

    I guess I'm just ignorant or doing it wrong but I've tried a clay bar several times now and I just don't get it. I've never seen any real benefit so I just wash and use Mother's cleaner wax. Maybe I need to call on the all powerful youtube to ee what I may be doing wrong

    Seems like an awful lot of work to do more then say twice a year spring and fall , never done it have watched a few guys do it . I would think it would be easier to learn how to use a buffer polisher and the right compound to accomplish the same thing but to each their own.
