I'm tired ... gonna grill a steak for supper and chill to some TV.
I'd guess we have somewhere between 20 and 30 lbs of salmon brining to smoke and can tomorrow.

Hi Tacoma World From Sunny Maine
As you all know in recent weeks I had a health issue that scared both Mike and I. I am happy to say I am on the mend and 90% back to normal. The reason for this note is to thank you all so very much for the outpouring of well wishes, prayers, emails, cards and gifts. I am humbled by your generosity to a total stranger. Each day when I got the mail there was a card or a gift to make me smile. I believe that I got such good news because of all your prayers and good thoughts. In a world where we all think everyone is selfish and self centered I am here to say there are very good people and you all are proof of that.
    Thank You Again.
    Carol

    To All My Friends
My heart cannot express how I feel about everything you all have done for my lovely wife and myself.
Allowing me to just vent and keep me occupied saved me.
You have been so wonderful to someone you pound keys with every night. I can never repay your kindness.
She is here, with me, in our home , I believe in part to all of you.
    God Bless You All
    Mike

    Carol,
your husband has been a big part of this thread and we could tell he was distressed. We were worried about what you (and what's his name) had to go through so we are happy to brighten your day and do what we could to get you through this tough time.

Oh and living with Mike can't be a picnic.
