    Evening everyone

Decided it was time to pull the Camaro out of the garage and go for a cruise over to my friends house . Hopefully I don't get a nastygram from my apt mgr . I know I didn't set off any alarms leaving or coming back home

I did get a few long stares when I got back home as I quietly idled thru the complex to my garage

There's a lot of smoke in the air from the Mazanita fire in Beaumont . This fire is at 5800 acres and only 20% containment

HEHE. We had an electric stove. My wife HATED it. She couldn't warm up her tortillas the way she liked, and she kept burning stuff. LOL. I doubt we will ever have an electric stove.

Thats close to where I live.
:( the wife just passed the Morman Church around the corner and she says the flag says the wind is blowing our way. That means the smoke will be coming at us again.

    Electric only here.
Carol is afraid of fire. She panics when she has to start the gas grill.

Ya, the sausage and taters were off to the side, then I overcooked everything, so my first attempt at a skillet meal was a fail. LOL. We still ate it and I can tell if I get the hang of it will be making some good food.
Probably wasn't a good idea to pour beer on it either. :drunk:

Cast iron is a lost art. The world went and got into a big microwave, nonstick, convenient hurry. You'll get it. I pretty much live by my cast iron and bbq/smoker/grill.

I was looking at this, wondering what the hell was going on. What did these people do? :notsure:
Then I realized what my name was. I don't get called that very often, usually it is when she is yelling, and she always names off her brother and one of the dogs first.
