    If you have a window get a small AC unit for it I just did it for my little shop it is nice it keeps it at about 75 good enough to work in with out dying from water loss lol

    Got a concrete contractor familiar with the truss barns. And then bought barn from Simpco out of Kerrville who will dry it in. Then yes I'll have to do the finish out. I just plumbed 2 toilets, tub and shower,the rest will be done on topout. Will be both black and grey water lines.

    Finally getting to see a race. Made me remember that I found my long Snap on flex head ratchet today! :yay:
    Was digging around in truck tool box for some tie wire and I put it in tool bag instead of an inferior one.

    All sinks, tub, shower and washer will be greywater. Kitchen will go thru exterior wall and tie into both toilets to septic. Will be old school exposed plumbing on backside of barn and painted.
