    I still tether it draws less battery drain on the phone. But can use hot spot or bluetooth with my laptop or tablet and do it for work sometimes. But where I hunt on the North Shore of Lake Superior don't normally get cell phone coverage so dead in the water. Sometimes that is a good thing. But as Mike said can go through withdraws LOL. What the hell did we do before we were always connected? Oh yeah carried 3 pagers at once!

    With night and morning pills, the only pill I take twice a day is metformin so that bottle is the divider between night pills and morning pills. So mine are easy to keep track of.

    And the latest international study that was released a few months ago says the same thing.

    Just saying... But IME you can't have any carbs with it as in keep carbs below 20 a day. Hard to do for any length of time. But I have had the best blood work ever doing it and eating half a dozen pieces of bacon every morning and steaks at night. And enough salad and lettuce to choke a horse. At least got to use blue cheese dressing.
