Morning Pops! Haircut at 0830, then going to meet a member to pick up the rear springs with the AAL and shocks. Sometime this weekend I have to ride the mower around the yard and there's a car show near by this afternoon. Biggest stress is that the daughter is going over her boyfriend's house this afternoon.

I kinda get it . But what's the sense if your going to edit for PC of even putting the last part in? Still not sure what your point was? You know there are a lot of political forums you could use to voice your opinions without " feeling the hammer " for your point of views .
The first part of your post would obviously not get you the hammer anywhere !
    Have an awesome day

I have an OME setup with 5100's,3 leaf AAL. Nice ride, good stance, have 2" of lift. Very happy with it, no hardcore off-road. I liked the price, got it from Headstrong.

Yep that's the point not seeing myself using this rig for anything over the top !
I drove one like yours and it handled way better on road in turns etc...and it did just fine on a moderate to difficult trail.
I'm not a go fast off road person:).
Thank you for the input !!

I heard headstrong was great !!

Morning, as far The rear spring setup it sounds like your going to be adding extra weight at times. I would go with a new leaf pack. Some of the aftermarket ones are known to be noisy. I would do some thorough research on what one to get.

Yep the deaver sqeaks constantly on a couple friends rigs. I've heard good with the OME Dakars .
As far as weight a 135lb rtt and a 65lb aluminum bed rack with gear that will vary as to what I'm going out to do. Oh and the fridge about 50lb so need at least an AAL

I disassembled my dakars ,painted, liners and greased. I can hear them squeak at times but only empty.i do have plate bumpers and carry a lot of stuff at times so I'm happy with the purchase.honestly I hear ringing in my ears all the time so a squeaking sounds don't bother me.

My ears ring 24-7 lol it's just pretty odd . They finally said it was from a series of concussions ! It gets louder when I get no sleep:) like now !! Anyway the rack will be on constant but not much else ??? I just hate sqeaks ..meh guess I'll deal with it as I go:).
Thank you for the input !!
    Have a great day !

How have they adjusted to the new surroundings?
The truck makes noise. What are you going to do, unless you go the @Crom route, he has tracked down every little noise and eliminated it. Then he sound proofed the cab
    Pretty impressive.

    Good Morning everyone

I've been up since 0415hrs after my Maine Coon cat Gizmo woke me up . all I heard was a loud scared Yowling sound and it sounded like he was in distress .when I found him he was so scared that he was shaking uncontrollably . I finally got him calmed down after reassuring him and petting , comforting him

Gizmo is a special needs cat that has bad asthma and also has HCM http://vet.cornell.edu/hospital/Services/Companion/Cardiology/conditions/HCM.cfm

This heart disease is common in Maine Coons and found out 3 years ago that he has this disease after he just dropped and fell over after a strenuous play

He seems to be doing better now and is laying down next to me . I'm thinking of taking him to the vet later this morning but right now I'm so very tired and wanting to go back to bed

He's now running around chasing Snickers so I'm hoping he's feeling better
