Ran out of a daily pac of vitamins that help me a lot. When I run out my knuckles swell. Gimme sec and I post a pic. Stocked up yesterday.

 

Just got back from my walk. 6/10 of a mile, according to google. I'm hurting a little, but I'm going to tough it out if I can, so I'm not so spacey.

I'm stupid proud of going that extra .2 miles today. Like it is an actual accomplishment or something.

I've heard some of the stories, but, to get something permanent on you because it's something you are in to now

At least with piercings, you can just let them close up... except those BIG hole things they put in their ears now

My nuckles are already feeling better. Wife got me some natural painkiller also.
Called Arnica. Its a HYLANDS product.
900mg of omega 3 in vitamins may be why my nuckles feel better.

Why? I put the system in, I can fix a little broken pipe was just too dark to do anything tonight

 

That's like when I called the water company to ask why my water pressure was like trippled... she said it was probably the water pressure valve and that I'd need to call a plumber... hah!!! 30 minutes and it was replaced!!! Was just loosten two nuts and r2 the valve and tighten the nuts again... Cost me $55 for the valve, $30 for two wrenches and $1 for a new roll of teflon tape

 

I found out the squirrels have been chewing the plastic off the sprinkler heads, couldnt figure out why things were dying. It looked like a Las Vegas water show in my front yard. Now I keep spare sprinkler heads.

I got a cabinet full of ideas.

A page or two back some of you were talking about your health problems, and others about their good health. I'll talk about both. I am 55, 5'11" and weigh 160. I walk, hike, lift weights, and can do 14 pull-ups. I've never smoked. I had a heart attack this past Friday, November 14 at 2:00 in the morning. I chewed up an aspirin before leaving for the emergency room at the small local hospital. They had me transported to NEA Baptist in Jonesboro. After a lot of needles and blood test, I had a stent inserted at 7:00 pm. I lay around all day Saturday. They sent me home Sunday. I lay around all day Monday. I went back to work today. I teach math at a two-year college, so my work is not much harder than lying around all day. I managed to read a lot of posts here on Tacoma World. At least 80 guys have asked what is the largest tire they can install without cutting. Twice that asked the best way to left--most wanted 3 inches. Don't ignore chest pain.

Do you have a family history of heart problems? Seems like you try to take care of yourself. Glad to hear you got through with just a stent.
